Here is how we work with you, from your first conversation to the day you travel.

  1. 1Discuss your ideasTell us where you would like to go, who is travelling and what you want from the trip.
  2. 2Receive a draft itineraryWe design a draft itinerary around you, for you to review and shape with us.
  3. 3Receive a draft quoteYou receive a draft quote for the journey, so you know the cost before you commit.
  4. 4Confirm and pay a 30% depositOnce you confirm, a 30% deposit secures your journey.
  5. 5Final paymentThe remaining payment is due 30 days before you travel.

Before you travel

We strongly recommend travel insurance, ideally bought around the time you pay your deposit so that cancellation cover applies from the start. Our tips cover when to go and how far ahead to plan, how trains work, flying within Europe and tipping.
